Job Description

·       Install, adjust, maintain, repair or provide technical support for equipment.

·       Demonstrate and explain correct operation of equipment to medical personnel.

·       Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.

·       Completing Preventive Maintenance and Field Modification.

·       Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.

·       Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

·       Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

·       Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.

·       Building high levels of trust, rapport, and credibility with each person related to work.

·       Effectively communicate with customers so that they are completely satisfied.
