o Ensure smooth operations to achieve customer satisfaction
o Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
o Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle inbound/outbound calls to
customers regarding all activities
o Must explain the product interestingly
o Willing to work to the best
o Completely support to the sales team
Job Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
o Prefer 1 year experience in the logistics industry
o Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Email & Internet
o Willing to work in Sales & Marketing and must be work hard
o Incredible attention to detail
o Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
o Under 30 years
