Job Description

·       Set the goal and hit the target

·       Familiar with logistics business, company rules and procedure

·       Appointment with a client and provide a marketing plan ,then achieving develop business

·       Maintain good relationship with old client and new client

·       Response to big clients and develop additional services with nomination clients

·       Support and guideline junior sales person problem

·       Provide quotation and do contract with the clients on time

·       Do survey from the client (solving the client problem, maintaining clients trust)

·       Discuss customer feedback references for the company improvement

·       Regularly conduct performance and performance reviews with supervisors and report progress

·       Assist in providing customized transportation services according to customers needs , including customs declaration, trucking , warehousing and etc

·       According to the company development direction, promote the company current main products to the customers and establish a good company image

·       Sort out and compare various cost and arrange the best options within the acceptable range for customers to maximize profits
