Job Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• This role will develop new domestic and international clients and attain revenue goals set for given sales territory. Also, will provide comprehensive transportation solutions for customers and analyze needs to create logistics solutions for the customers and commitment to service excellence. In addition, maintain existing business volumes while prospecting for new business opportunities within a specific sales territory. This individual will successfully market the company’s transportation services as well as their warehousing and distribution services.

 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve performance targets.
• Assist Vice GM and Sales in bid preparation and negotiation.
• Ensure timely completion of customer requests related to commercial activities.
• Monitor market activity and industry trends.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives.
• Follow up on sales leads and participate in pricing analysis.
• Prepare and execute sales presentations.
• Participate in sales meetings and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of logistics industry-related experience.
• Strong experience in sales with proven success.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
• Participation in industry-related organizations.
• Ability to analyse market trends and support pricing strategies.
