Job Description

  • Full spectrum of HR (recruitments, compensation and benefits, training, payroll and etc.).
  • Create, update, and maintain job postings on external job board websites and online file sharing.
  • Interview candidates up to supervisor level and provide feedback to the HR Manager
  • Assists with the completion reference checks on those applicants whom as potential employee.
  • Orientation Training for new Staff (Supervisor, Staff, Driver, Security, Cleaner) and if there need of existing staff.
  • Reviewing job description for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with respective managers.
  • Plan and implement Training and development for all employees (company policies, external training, etc.).
  • Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointment, transfer, promotions and terminations.
  • Update Organization Charts for all departments.
  • Update and draft workplace rules and policies and prepare for announcement.
  • Source and establish training program, self- upgrade program for employee.
  • Deal with government office and labor processing.
  • Manage office vehicles insurance extension yearly and claim process.
  • Company business license and others license extension yearly.
  • Maintain staffs’ uniforms stock list and place order when stock is shortage.
  • Apply visas, extension of stay permits for foreigners.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, more preferable in Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Must have above 4 years working experiences with Assistant Manager
  • Must be familiar with specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to HR
  • Capability to interact with and lead employees at various levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, Power Point
  • Good command of English both speaking and written communication
  • Physical strength, stamina and the ability to work or stand for long-terms
