Job Description
Sales Administration Responsibilities :
· Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
· Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
· Handle customer inquiries and orders, and coordinate with relevant departments.
· Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
· Prepare sales reports and data analysis for management.
· Monitor delivery schedules and payment status.
· Coordinate communication between sales team, customers, and other departments.
Human Resources Responsibilities :
· Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview arrangements.
· Maintain employee records and personal files in an organized manner.
· Monitor and manage attendance and leave records.
· Assist in payroll preparation and HR documentation.
· Support the implementation of HR policies and company regulations.
· Assist in employee orientation, training, and staff welfare activities.
· Calculate of Promoter’s salary and Incentive bonus.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Previous experience in Sales Administration or HR is an advantage
