Job Description

• To check and approve required Manpower on daily basic with extra preparation time for skilled workers
• To choose and register contractor, to prepare all required drawings/material well before the work start and to mobilize the contractor in time
• To define the work scope and requirement for the sub-contractor according to the projectspecifications, rules & regulations during contractor register
• To Estimate the required materials and to discuss and finalize on specification well in advance if they are not clear
• To assist Project Manager / Office during Material Submission process
• To calculate the quantity, contact and order to the supplier for site order material like Concrete, Sand, Gravel, Crushing Stone as required and to follow Procurement Procedure accordingly
• To check Surveying work: level, alignment and explain to engineer and contractor if necessary.
• To assign tasks for Junior Engineers, to check their daily activities, to supervise, advise and provide guideline to them
• To Attend client / main contractor / other contractor progress & coordination meetings as needed
• To oversee that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices
• To check and enforce that the whole project team is following the required documentation work according to the procedure when performing all the works
• To provide technical support to Project Manager and be responsible for developing and To negotiate and propose the labour rate to PM & CEM for the work
