Job Description
Ø Define system requirements and generate infrastructure sizing.
Ø Collaborate with the sales team to identify the customer’s business needs.
Ø Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal team to create the solution proposal for customers.
Ø Communicate with vendors and partners to understand their product and solution offerings.
Ø Engage all technical resources required for solution design.
Ø Involve and discuss partners’ technical seminars, online training and customer meetings.
Ø Assist the Account Manager with customer presentation as appropriate.
Job Requirements
Ø Bachelor degree or Diploma in the related field.
Ø Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Ø Passion to work in the technology industry.
Ø Understanding and good knowledge of technologies such as networks, servers, storage, backup and data center solutions.
Ø Ability to learn new technology and products.
Ø Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrate the ability to achieve results.
Ø Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
Ø Able to travel if required.
