Job Description
• Responsible for assigning Key Account sales target & KPI for sales team
• Responsible for implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for key accounts.
• Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts.
• Ensures professional sales coordination, account planning, and resolves possible account ownership issues.
• Manage and lead sales representatives in execution of Marketing and Trade marketing activity including Customer In store activation, National Consumer Plan and other shopper program.
• Responsible for executing company New Products Innovation by providing Market insight, customer listing plans and products in-store activation.
• Responsible for compilation of market insight and competitor information including pricing and trade activities.
• Consolidation and submission of sales and trade execution reports.
• Conduct Daily Operation Review (DOR) with SR, update trade execution, plan PJP and identify trade visit objective.
• Accountable for Customers AR collection, update AR aging weekly follow up with customers for outstanding AR.
Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor Degree, or other Diploma or Certificate in business administration is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of Modern Trade experiences in FMCG field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint General.
• A solid track record of producing outstanding results.
• Strong communication, presentation, developed analytical and project management skills.
