Job Description

ü  Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and Scanners

ü  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

ü  Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

ü  Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

ü  Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remote access)

ü  Setting up accounts for new users

ü  Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

ü  Regular updating, maintaining backup data

ü  Testing new technology
