Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, Diploma or certification in a Secretarial Course would be considered an advantage.
  • Age must be between 28 to 35.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in secretarial and support to Management have working experiences in foreign (or) international companies.
  • Can manage CEO calendar & business meetings
  • Fluent in English with both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Word, excel, power point, page maker, internet & Email (business format)
  • Management Skills, Negotiation skills, problem solving skills, Time management skills
  • Can travel
  • You are passionate about your work and are keen gaining new experience.
  • Learning experience from overseas is more preferable to this position.
