Job Description

·       Handle sales process for the multi modal shipments (Ocean/ Air/ China and Thailand Cross Border Services)

·       Build strong relationships with customers to understand their freight and logistics requirements

·       Handle new sales calls and visits for monthly target

·       Support senior sales team members with proposals, quotes, and presentations

·       Maintain up-to-date sales records in sales report

·       Prepare and follow up on sales quotations

·       Monitor industry trends and attend client meetings and trade shows as required

·       Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

·       Performs other responsibilities periodically assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager for business development
