Job Responsibilities
• Help with the legal aspects of running a company business
• Oversee running of HR on a day-to-day basis
• Participate in all Head of Department (Hod) meetings
• Manage company’s DICA process.
• Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues
• Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies and efficiencies
• Develop and manage recruitment needs as required in line with company growth and overall strategy
• Develop and manage workplace policy and ensure employee needs are being met
• Manage recruitment and selection in line with company overall business strategy
• Manage new Employee induction process
• Identify and assess future and current training needs for all employees as required.
• Monitor compliance in line with Myanmar Labour Laws
• Conduct salary and benefit survey and manage and implement a compensation and benefits system in line with company strategy
• Assist and advice to line manager CEO & CBO in conducting employee performance evaluation and keeping performance records
• Manage exit interviews process and analysis exit interview results in order to support employee retention
• Assist and advice in conducting all human resource matters to C Suite
• Manage employee relations & monitor and support employee's need
• Prepare and analyze all HR reports and overall development of HR department.
• Review and supervise payroll process as company grows
• Compile and consolidate various reporting requirements, both regular reports and ad-hoc reporting
Job Requirements
• 4 years’ experience in HR with at least 2 years in a management position
• Previous experience in the logistics sector would be desirable but not essential
• An understanding of recruitment needs and development with a fast-growing organization is vital
• Business or HR related degree
• Managing an employee portfolio of at least 20 persons
• Other relevant HR, training, development qualifications would be an advantage
Skills and Competencies
• Deep understanding of Myanmar Labour Law and Holiday Acts
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Acts with integrity, trustworthiness and transparency
• Fluent English both written and verbal
• High level of competency in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant applications
• Timely and detailed reporting abilities
• Excellent time management and calendar planning
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
