Job Description

·  Record daily, weekly and monthly outward report

·  The main task is to register all output data accurately and send timely reports

·  Finding solutions to customer issues and escalating complex problems to senior when necessary

·  Effectively communicating with customers through various channels like phone, email or chat

·  To know roughly the procedures of departments from OSSC to answer the customer’s enquires

 

Job Requirements

·    Any graduate (or) fresh graduate and under graduate are welcome to apply

·    Prefer customer service training or certifications if completed

·    Handling customer inquires

·    Show casing the ability to work well in a team

·    Strong communication skills, a customer focused mindset, patience and obedience

·    Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal contacts & external contacts.

·    Ability to maintain highest level of confidentially.
