Job Description

·       Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the refining and petrochemical sectors.

·       Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the refining and petrochemical sectors.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry experts.

·       Lead the development of projects from concept to execution, including feasibility studies, business case development, and project implementation.

·       Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers.

·       Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives.

·       Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

·       Develop and maintain a knowledge base of industry trends, best practices, and lessons learned.

·       Establish and track key performance metrics to measure business development success.

Job Requirements

·       Engineering (Chemical) or a related field.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business growth.

·       Proven expertise in the refining and petrochemical sectors, with a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and business models.

·       Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex business ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and make informed decisions.

·       Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

·       Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
