Job Description
- Responsible for fulfilling the technical aspects of the building maintenance and include planning, assigning and directing work for team member
- Proving technical support and suggestions to the management team.
- Perform with the relevant external service providers according to the requirement of the building
- Performs corrective and preventive maintenance activities on systems to provide continuous performance of electricity, security, plumbing and other systems required for operations
- Reviews job requests and work orders daily to determine workload priorities and assigns work to staff and monitors progress towards completion.
- Managing engineer and technical staff
- Responds to all emergency equipment breakdowns and diagnosing faults
- Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or Master Degree in relevant field
- Adequate experience as a Chief Engineer (M & E) or over 8 years experiences in building maintenance
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and heating systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
- Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
- Good communication and team work skills .
