Job Description
v Conduct recruiting process and select qualified interviewee and report to BOD
v Establishes recruitment by studying organization plans and objectives
v Create employment agreements, engage in contract (re-) negotiations, drive termination procedures
v Make sure the company complies with labour laws
v Check and maintain human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories.
v Administrate compensation & benefits and performance management systems
v Drive payroll process and payment of employment and social security taxes
v Create and update guidelines & procedures in the form of an employee handbook and drive execution
v Formulate HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives
v Ensure that HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and carried out properly by the departments and operating business units
v Set up the working process for succession planning analysis, implementation and Monitoring
v Monthly HR report and budget report to BOD
v Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
v Ensure proper management of Staff amenities and occupational and health safety
v Collaborate with L&D Department and Sales Onboarding Department to conduct organizational development
Job Requirements
v Any degree holders with MBA or other international HR Diploma is more preferable
v At least 5 years of experience in management field
v Able to implement Human Resources plan
v Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor laws related to HRM
v Job interviewing skills, Analytical skills, Managerial and Leadership skill
v Must have good personality with strong interpersonal, positive & strategic thinking and organizing skill
