2. Coordinate with internal departments

4. Collect Customer Satisfaction Survey quarterly

5. Evaluate and analyze customer satisfaction result

6. Report to the officer

7. Prepare monthly report

8. Prepare team goals and action plans

9. Prepare yearly budget plan

10. Update locators’ information

11. Meeting arrangement with the locators and respective internal departments

12. Supervise team members

13. Develop the website if necessary
