Job Description
❖ Logistics Department ၏ Operation ကိစ္စရပ်များအားလုံးကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲရန်။
❖ ကုမ္ပဏီ လုပ်ငန်းစု၏ ရေတို၊ရေရှည် လုပ်ငန်းရည်မှန်းချက်များ အောင်မြင်မှုပန်းတိုင်ရောက်ရှိ Corporate Logistics Department ၏ လုပ်ငန်းစဥ်များ၏ ဌာနလေးခုဖြစ်သော Warehouse Division၊ Delivery Division၊ Inventory Control Division၊ Fitting & Assembly Divisionများဟန်ချက်ညီညီနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းအကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲ လမ်းညွှန်ခြင်း။
❖ Logistics Department ၏ Division တစ်ခုချင်းစီတွင် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ကိုင်နေသော လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် များ ထိရောက်အောင်မြင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေး Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) နှင့် Job Description (JD) များရေးဆွဲပြဌာန်း တာဝန်ပေးအပ်ခြင်း။
❖ လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုစီ၏ Logistics Department အား လုပ်ငန်းဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ဖို့အတွက် Logistics Department နှင့်ဆိုင်သော ရည်မှန်းချက်များ၊ စီမံချက်များနှင့် မူဝါဒများအား ချမှတ်အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
❖ လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုစီ၏ Logistics Department အားလုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်း စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန်အတွက် လုပ်ငန်းကျွမ်းကျင်မှု လက်တွေ့သင်တန်းများအား ဌာန တွင်းသင်ကြားပေးခြင်း နှင့် ပြင်ပသင်တန်းများ တက်ရောက်နိုင်ရေး ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
❖ Inventory Audit Plan ရေးဆွဲပြီး Stock Taking ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေး စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
❖ လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုစီတိုင်း၏ Logistics Department တွင် Spacing Management အသုံးချနိုင်ရေးနှင့် ပစ္စည်းထားသိုမှု (warehouse layout) စနစ်ကျ မှန်ကန်ရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
❖ လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုစီ၏ Logistics Department တွင် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းပို့ဆောင်မှု အချိန် တိုတိုနဲ့မြန်ဆန်စွာ ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရေး Time Management ကောင်းမွန်စေရေးနှင့် သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေးစရိတ်များ သက်သာ စေရေး Cost Saving ဖြစ်စေရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
❖ တစ်လအတွင်းလုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များ၊ ရှေ့ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ၊ အကြံပြုချက် များ ပါဝင်သော Monthly Report အားတစ်ပါတ်အတွင်း Head of Corporate Logistics သို့တင်ပြခြင်း။
Job Requirements
❖ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics,
Business Administration, or related field.
❖ Age between 30 to 45 years old.
❖ Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CLP, or similar credentials are a plus.
❖ 8 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles.
❖ Leadership experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
❖ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
❖ Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
❖ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
❖ Proficiency in logistics software, TMS, WMS, and related tools.
❖ Time management and organizational skills for managing complex logistics projects.
❖ Regulatory and compliance knowledge in logistics.
