Job Description
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams. - Resolve complex engineering problems that may arise during construction.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure optimal use of resources to maximize project success.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all tailoring work, consistently delivering flawless results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections at each stage of the tailoring process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Lead, motivate, and manage engineering teams.
- Ensure effective collaboration among team members and other departments.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients.
- Communicate project progress and address any concerns or queries.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in construction engineering.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and manage the engineering budget.
- Monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is option preferred.
o A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
o Professional engineering (PE) license may be required.
o Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in project management stemware and tools.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
o Strong analyses and problem-solving skills.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
