Job Description

Ø  Oversee and participate project implementation, coding development, and testing (unit, integration, performance).

Ø  Report to the Project Manager, Stakeholders (Japanese) and management as needed (leadership potential is considered).

Ø  Provide problem-solving and technical support.

Ø  Analyze systems, review team tasks, and conduct code reviews.

Ø  Prepare and review documentation (UML, basic/detail design, test cases).

Ø  Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management

Ø  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ø  Train interns or new employees if necessary

Ø  Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary
