Job Description

·       To perform regular preventive maintenance on Lifecare Products & Solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

·       To lead in managing the installation process of new Products, ensuring proper setup and configuration according to guidelines and specifications.

·       To perform in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues during installation and in response to customer complaints, aiming to minimize downtime and restore functionality promptly.

·       To respond to customer service requests and inquiries, providing technical support and solutions either remotely or onsite to effectively resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

·       To be available 24/7 for urgent calls to address critical equipment failures or emergencies, ensuring rapid response and resolution to minimize disruption to healthcare operations.

·       To participate in the regular maintenance and calibration of tools and test equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability for diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting tasks

·       To prepare in documenting maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment status updates accurately for internal review and customer communication.

·       To engage in continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in medical technology, attending training sessions to enhance technical skills and contribute to professional development.

·       To adhere to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements in all service activities to ensure compliance and uphold a culture of safety and excellence.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor Degree in Biomedical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering.

·       Proven experience as a Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in a healthcare or medical device environment.

·       Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

·       Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing biomedical equipment, including knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and software.
