Job Description

•  Lead to achieve hitting sales targets and managing the sales team
• Objectives setting, strategic sale plan, coaching, and performance monitoring of team
• Setting sales targets, allocating areas sales, and proceed the route plans for the team.
• Create and maintain strong dealer relationship, collecting customer feedback & competitor information
• Prepare the data for weekly AR Meetings, Sales Meetings, and Marketing Meetings
• Prepare and submit daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports to Sales Manager
