Job Requirements

·       2–3 years of hands-on experience in software application development

·       Flexible with programming languages and eager to learn new technologies (e.g., Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, Shell, VBA, etc…)

·       Able to handle end-to-end development, including coding, debugging, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement

·       Comfortable with creating clear technical documentation

·       Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies

·       A strong team player who stays cool under pressure

·       Self-driven with strong work ethics and a proactive mindset

·       Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not required
