Job Description

v  Promote product presentation to potential customers

v  Show product demo to potential customer to drive sale

v  Assist in installation, maintenance and commissioning of products

v  Responsible for application training to doctors & nurses in OT, ICU, Emergency Department, OPD and wards for proper usage of medical equipment

v  Solve complaints from customers and application errors

v  Regular customer visits and check the in use equipment are used to the utmost

v  Support sale persons by initiating product upgrades and new features

v  Develop training programs and educational workshop according to customers’ need

v  Share and train the application to new members
