Job Description
- Review the project estimation/schedule and feedback to leader/member
- Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
- Do project quality management based on target level and take action for improvement
- Review the Quality Report and feedback to leader/member
- Catch-up the bugs/errors analysis result/action and do report to customers and PM
- Catch-up the overall progress and do negotiation with customers or PM if necessary
- Understand and catch-up all resources' skill-set in team and make each person skill level up
- Support the recruitment process with PM (Optional).
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in System Development and at least 2 year experience of project management of IT Background
- Team player with attention to details
- Ability to write good technical documentation
- Self-motivation, Good time management skill, working attitude, interaction skills and honesty
- Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, Issues/QA management, Team management
- Do manpower estimation and create a schedule of each project
- Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skills.
- Understand all members skill-set, manage team members’ development and make assign tasks effectively
Languages:
- English Upper-Intermediate level (Optional)
- Japanese (N3 and above, Can communicate well)
