Job Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager and information to management if necessary
• Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management
• Problem Solving

• Analyze System
• Review Member's Task
• Coding Review
• Documentation with UML
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and Unit testing
• Check for member's documentation
• Implementation Project (Coding development)
• Testing Phase (Unit Testing, Integration Test, Performance Test)
• Train interns or new employees if necessary
• Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary

Job Requirements

• Must have working experience in management level at least 1 years and development experience at least 6 years
• Must have at least 1 years of experience writing documents (basic design/detail design/unit testing etc.)
• Must have Japanese language N3 level above
• Must have experience in direct communication with Japanese.
• Must have experience in any programming language Java, PHP (Preferable in Java Project Experience)
• Strong in database SQL queries in Oracle/MySQL
• Implementation Project (Coding development)
• SHELL script (Understand Linux command) is optional
• Experience in the usage of EC2 of AWS is optional
• Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
• Leadership and good management skills

Working Time: Mon to fri (8:00 Am - 5:00PM)
