Job Description

• Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality
• Do team progress control, Manage time effectively based on schedule and take action if delay occurs
• Do quality control based on target plan and take action if quality problem occurs
• To understand all members skill-set and support with each other effectively
• To understand external design document, prepare internal design document and execute coding
• To understand the specification and make ED/ID/MUT and do other's Review the ED/ID/MUT
• To review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)
• Write and other's review the bugs/errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team
• Create self-review, internal-review view point and checklists and explain to all team members
