Job Description

·       Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with approved manpower requirements.

·       Proactively source and secure candidates for urgent and critical positions.

·       Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and
headhunting.

·       Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

·       Coordinate closely with department heads to address manpower gaps and business priorities.

·       Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and vacancy fulfillment.

·       Provide analysis and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness.

·       Strengthen employer branding by promoting company culture and career opportunities.

·       Prepare regular recruitment reports for management review.

·       Monitor hiring progress, urgent vacancies, and manpower alignment with business plans.

·       Ensure smooth onboarding and probation management for new hires.

·       Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

·       Support employee relations, retention initiatives, and exit interview analysis.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).

·       3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager (essential).

·       Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

·       Effective HR administration and people management skills

·       Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

·       Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and
communication tools.

·       Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, HR systems, dashboards).

·       Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to accurately follow instructions.

·       Strong experience in recruitment reporting, HR data analysis, and workforce planning.
