Job Description

·       Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality

·       Do team progress control, manage time effectively based on schedule and take action if delay occurs 

·       Do quality control based on target plan and take action if quality problem  occurs 

·       To understand all members skill-set and support with each other effectively

·       To understand external design document, prepare internal design document and execute coding

·       To understand the specification and make ED/ID/MUT and do other's review the ED/ID/MUT 

·       To review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.) 

·       Write and other's review the bugs/errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team

·       Create self-review, internal-review view point and checklists and explain to all team members
