· Achieve Sales Targets

· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management

· Identify and approach potential customers (lead generation)

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

· Sales Presentations & Negotiation

· Present and demonstrate products/services to clients.

· Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales deals.

· Market Research & Competitor Analysis

· Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.

· Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Reporting

· Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
After-Sales Service

· Provide support to customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or inquiries.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferred).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage

· Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
