Job Requirements

·      Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role preferably within the customer electronics or appliance repair industry

·      Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability

·      Strong understanding of financial management principles

·      Excellent communication , interpersonal , and negotiation skills

·      Ability to build and lead a high performing team

·      In depth knowledge of Panasonic appliances and their repair processes (a plus)

·      Experience working in a fast paced and customer centric environment

·      Fluency in Burmese and English language (written and spoken)
