Job Description

Ø  Oversee and manage all branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Ø  Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service delivery.

Ø  Monitor and evaluate branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Ø  Prepare and present timely and accurate reports on branch operations, financial performance, and key metrics to the Board of Directors.

Ø  Ensure all critical issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.

Ø  Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational excellence.

Ø  Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

Ø  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ø  Ensure all branch activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Ø  Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the branch’s assets and reputation.

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Ø  Represent the branch in meetings, conferences, and other official events as required.

Ø  Collaborate with senior management to align branch operations with the company’s overall strategic goals.
