Job Description

1. Help desk user support
IT problem diagnosis (Software, PC, Printer, Network devices, Handheld device etc.)
• At the time of IT trouble, distinguish whether it is a major software problem or minor hardware/network problem.
• In case of software system trouble, help user to solve general questions and contact software vendor in case of high level software problem.

2. Daily operation
• General employee IT environment setup
• General employee IT education for major software system and minor hardware.
• Software system issue and customization management.
• System routine work (backup etc.) and performance monitoring

3. Operational improvement
• To lead improvement of system for business requirement after getting familiar with normal Sage Accpac system usage under company business flow.
• To advise the requirement to software vendors

4. Vendor Administration
• Maintain Vendor contract information

5. IT Projects and Tasks at Management Direction
• IT project management and report to Management team
• Communication with Kubota IT teams

Job Requirements

1. Required• Education, Training and/or Experience

• At least 5 years hands-on experience with developing server-side APis ,Crystal report Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
1 years working experience and In-depth knowledge ofrelational databases (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL)
Preferably, experiences of the following roles
• Software System supervisor
• Software engineer
Preferably, experience on Sage Accpac and crystal report customize.

2. Skills and Background
Thorough knowledge and understanding of IT
• Familiar with the language Visual Basics for Application (VBA).
• Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure in mission-critical situations.
• Have good Communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about Software Development and Integration, with a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new emerging technologies.
• A senior-level software developer with strong and successful technical lead experience
• Design and build database schemas with integrity and scalability with data access layers that are optimized for performance and security
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Support the business teams and operation teams in cooperation with Tech Service Desk.
• Ability to communicate with software vendor for trouble shooting
• Knowledge of API gateway development is a bonus

3. Language Requirements
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
