Job Description
- Develop and implement sales and leasing plans and strategies
- Organize Home Tours and Open House
- Generate new leads
- Build and respond to networking channels and enquiries
- Seek out prospective tenants
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years experience in Real Estate Agency
- English intermediate is a must. Additional languages will be favorable
- Fluent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Sale oriented / Self motivated with great time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge in digital marketing is a great plus
