Job Description

·       Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential buildings.

·       Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

·       Collaborate closely with the interior design and decoration contractor to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building aesthetics.

·       Address any design conflicts or challenges to achieve a harmonious result.

·       Perform thorough testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

·       Verify system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all installations operate efficiently and effectively.

·       Quality Control: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

·       Maintain high-quality standards throughout the MEP installations.

·       Generate detailed reports on MEP installation progress, testing results, and commissioning activities.

·       Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management.

·       Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different teams involved in the project.

·       Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP installations align with overall project timelines and objectives.
