Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient functioning of all restaurants within the chain.

-Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all locations.

- Manage and optimize restaurant budgets, including cost control, revenue growth, and profit margins.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

- Analyze financial reports and take proactive measures to address variances.

- Oversee franchise relationships and agreements, ensuring adherence to brand standards.  

- Expand the brand through franchise development, strategic partnerships, and new store openings.

- Manage the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and distribution.

- Maintain efficient inventory levels and minimize waste while ensuring product availability.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.

- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies.

- Identify new market opportunities and oversee market research to support expansion plans.

 

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Age must be under 45 years.

-Proven track record of at least 5 years in restaurant operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role.

- Experience in scaling and managing a chain of restaurants or similar multi-location business.

-Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to align operational efforts with the company's overall vision and goals.

-Solid financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.

-Experience in driving profitability and managing costs.

- Familiarity with franchise operations and agreements.

- Proven success in expanding a brand through franchising.

- A genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to upholding the brand's reputation for quality and service.
