Job Description

·       Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve retail growth and profitability targets.

·       Oversee all shop managers, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards across multiple locations. Drive sales performance through effective KPI management, sales initiatives, and continuous improvement programmers.

·       Establish and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

·       Lead risk management efforts to mitigate operational and financial risks.

·       Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer-centric service.

·       Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

·       Develop and mentor shop managers, ensuring leadership development and succession planning.

·       Prepare and present operational reports to the Head of Retail and executive leadership.

·       Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of shop managers.

·       Coordinate with other departments (finance, HR, supply chain) to ensure seamless operations.

·       Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
