Job Responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager and report to management if necessary
- Expectation of Man-hour
- Enhance members’ skill
- Quality Control
- Plan Management, Results Management
- Member Assign and schedule
- Reviewing and Monitoring project progress
- Mentor Team, Risk Mitigation
- Trust and Alignment Effectiveness
- Archiving of Document
- Maintain project plans for software development
- SOW, WBS
- Basic Design Documents, Detailed Design Documents
- Train to intern or new employees if necessary
- Participate company’s activities or advertising process if necessary
Job Requirements
- Must have over 4 to 7 years of working experience in the Android.
- For Leader, must have 2 year working experience as a Leader.
- Flutter development experience is preferable
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience.
- Good communication skills (English and Japanese)
- Able to create basic design/unit test specifications.
- Able to build good relationships with everyone on a team and client
- Able to support and grow lower level members
- Able to control documentation
- Able to perform faithfully the instructed task on its own and provide assistance for related tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong in database SQL queries.
