 Support daily monitoring of the INFRA(HW/MW/NW) system and follow ITSM procedures

 Review the errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team

 Understand the specification and create design documents of INFRA(HW/MW/NW)

 Understand the specification and implement INFRA(HW/MW/NW) system

 Understand the specification and implement/review the UT/IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)

 Experience in IT service operation & management (Designing, Delivering, Improving)

 Experience in maintaining IT system infrastructure (Network , Servers and Storage)

 Experience in administration and troubleshooting of Network(LAN, WAN)

 Basic knowledge of virtualization technology, High availability cluster, Linux Shell scripting and Windows

PowerShell

 Be able to create and maintain necessary documents in align with ITSM process

 Be able to learn the IT system infrastructure based on the existing documents

 Good communication skill in English

 2+ years experience in related fields

 Bachelor/Certificate in related IT field

 Prefer certified in CCNA/CCNP/MCSA/RHCSA/RHCE/VCA
