Job Description

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

·       Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor strategies.

·       Utilize these insights to inform the development of effective marketing and pricing strategies.

Campaign Management:

·       Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing

·       Campaigns including digital, social media, email, and events—to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Digital Presence:

·       Manage and grow the company's online presence, including the TGS website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.

Performance Marketing:

·       Develop, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Search Engine Optimization - SEO, Search Engine Marketing - SEM, Pay-per-click - PPC) to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

Analytics & Reporting:

·       Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and lead conversion metrics. Prepare and present regular performance reports to management with data-backed recommendations for improvement.

Brand Ambassadorship:

·       Represent Thitsar Guardian Services at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our services.
