Job Responsibilities
- TAT, Repair Qty Analysis & Achieve arrange for Daily / Weekly & Monthly.
- Spare Part check, Forecast & order to Home Appliance Spare Part Team.
- Daily Repair Unit& (RMA Report) Check, Repair Quality Control check
- Daily complain handling with Customer & Co-operated partner.
- Repair Unit Logistic check & arrange
- Home Appliance Employees Management
- Prevention from Accident Damage Spare Part & repair unit
- Hotline & Social Manage (Check, Analysis &; respond timely)
- Management of Tools & Equipment
Job Requirements
- Diploma in business administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service supervisor position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advance Excel)
- Proficiency in English.
- Good Interpersonal & intellectual skill
- Willing to travel
