Job Description
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in Software development
- Project management experience of schedule, cost, quality control, progress and issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Be able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT/NAT Test N2 and above)
Job Requirements
- Be able to manage Schedule, Cost, Quality, Issue and Progress of projects
- Be able to manage resources of up to 30 members, and mentoring ones members
- Develop and deliver proposals to customers
- Collaboration with department heads, managers, customers, vendors, etc. for better outcome
- Be able to maintain and expand the relationships with existing and new customers
