Management Trainee is assigned functional responsibilities –Business Development,  Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing, Data Analyzing, Research & Development, Supply Chain Management  – with structured development programs including special assignments and projects.
• Learning all aspects of Company business, culture, and core values.
• Being a hands-on development program and making a contribution.
• Providing support and handling assignments from the department.
• Involving the senior management in setting goals and objectives.
• Contributing Improvement Process to discover new and more efficient ways to run our business and deliver the right products and services to our customers faster and at a lower cost.
• Working across functions and collaborating with different teams to tackle problems and provide solutions.
• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
