Job Description

• To draft various kinds of agreements, Power of Attorney and pleadings, notices and warning letters.

• To liaise with Lawyers and attend Court proceedings well versed with Myanmar law.

• Explicit Business and Commercial Law, Company Law, Investment Law, Contract Law, Labor Law,

   IP Law, Competition Law, Land Law, Cyber Law (when it applicable), FDA Labeling Law, Product

   Liability/Consumer Protection Law, Financial Rules & Regulation under CBM, Litigation, Environmental/OHS Law, Company  Secretarial work.

• Working knowledge of litigation (both civil and criminal).

• Strong analytical and the ability to quickly master the full scope of this complex role

• Monitor, report and update new laws and regulations to the Group Legal Director.
