Job Description

· Prepare and arrange report, agreements, invoice, contracts, etc.

· Document preparation and presentation about company’s business to the customers

· Making appointment, negotiation and interpretation for the customers

· Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents using spreadsheet, database,       or presentation software

· Collect required data , information for tender and support for tender submission

· Maintain necessary data and records for future reference

· Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when it arises

· Prepare the required documents for visa and immigration of the foreign

employees/customers

Job Requirements

· Upper intermediate level in English, and able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2

   or equivalent)

· 5+ years’ experience in relevant areas

· Degree/certification in related field

· Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular word, excel and PowerPoint

· Able to work well as part of a team, and having team spirit

· Pro-active and problem solving attitude with customer focus

· Good collaboration together with verbal and written communication skills at all levels

· Leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties

· Preferable to have experience in Corporate Sales and preparing the project contract
