Job Description
• Assist expert schedule & appointments and assist to plan and arrange meeting and take detailed minutes
• Must be able to follow working environment rules and policies and other relevant rules issued by production, HR, GA and other departments.
• Interpretation services between Japanese, Myanmar and English
• Able to translate texts and documents between Japanese, Myanmar and English using a laptop
• Willing to assist any additional job assignment in order to the requirements
Job Requirements
• Must have 2 years as essential requirements and above experiences is more preferable in Japanese interpretation and translation
• Must be holder Bachelor of Art (Japanese, YUFL) or other professional certified of recognized Japanese organization passed JLPT N3 and or above
• Applicant must be familiar with Office Application such as (Outlook email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc…)
• Applicant must be typing Japanese and Unicode version for reporting and other translation requirements
• Applicant must be adapted person and open minded who can work with team
• Applicant must have ability in excellent communication skill, good interpersonal skill, presentation skill
• Negotiation Skill is required in order to interpret between senior management and local managers, travel arrangement and any other necessary requirements
• Quick Leaner on new things and good behavior
