Analyze user requirements
Test and evaluate new programs
Fix bugs and improvements
Write documentation and comments around the source code
Write reusable and efficient code
Participate in architectural, design and product discussions
Design and develop of backend APIs
Keep up with the latest developments in web applications and programming languages.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems Train users
Work closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts

Holding tertiary qualifications of computer science, computing and engineering.
1+ years’ software development or programming experience
A thorough understanding of computer architecture,
operating systems, and data structures
Extensive experience with Java, C#, or other programming languages
The ability to analyze complex technical information
Comfortable ability in designing and implementing database structures to solve real-world problems effectively
A logical, analytical, and creative approach to
problem-solving
Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
Commercial and business awareness
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
