Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Responding timely to serve IT issues and requests.
- Providing technical support to other divisions.
- Setting up/Managing core-banking and other IT modules’ users.
Job Requirements
- Holding tertiary qualifications of computer science, computing and engineering.
- Minimum (2) year experience at banking experiences with IT role
- Age under 35, Good English 4 skills (Must)
- Competency with Microsoft Office/Excel and other office software;
