Job Description

·       Arrange transportation for experts and internal staff

·       Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)

·       Manage fuel control for office-used rental vehicles

·       Oversee travel insurance arrangements

·       Accommodation Facilities

·       Manage accommodation arrangements for experts and oversea trainee

·       Supervise dormitory hiring

·       Coordinate lunch and dinner meal arrangements

·       Manage WPS and on-site convenience store operation

·       Communication & Office Services

·       Manage phone packages, line phones, and top-up services for staff and management

·       Control and monitor mails and courier service

·       Hygiene, Safety & Security

·       Maintain hygiene and a clean working environment

·       Implement and monitor risk management measures

·       Oversee security management across office and accommodation area

·       Procurement & Asset Management

·       Handle purchasing and ordering through TAP-C system

·       Control and verify invoice

·       Manage fixed assets and asset records

·       Control uniform distribution and inventory

·       Welfare & Internal Engagement

·       Manage staff welfare initiatives

·       Organize internal events and handle publicity activities

·       Legal, Compliance & Documentation

·       Manage visas, stay permits, FRC, and green cards

·       Handle contract administration

·       Process STP documentation and related approvals

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

·       Strong written and oral communication skills in English; ability to communicate with all level

·       Minimum 2+ years of experience in general affairs or administrative supervision

·       Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skill

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

·       Good knowledge of procurement, asset control, and compliance procedures

·       Competent user of Microsoft Office, Internet and Email
